A Star Return's

A star makes its annual return to the dark cold skies of December.
Barren trees shiver in the moonlight as they dance in the northerly winds.
The frozen soil cements together those fearless few remaining pines.
They are proud of being green;
Contrasting from the many shades of winter’s grays and browns.
It is now the season for impoverished human spiritual conditions to gather in temples.
Each patron makes a heartfelt attempt to again remember the rebirth of the Divine.
Each one dreams of his or her own unique Truth.
Each one believes the world could be different, but they don’t know how.
As the sun sets, the night ushers in Hope.
It is the first Birthday that will allow their soul to emerge.
The choice is theirs.
Freedom embraces our True self.
As the sun rises, the morning brings the realization that Christ is buried.
He is breathless beneath the mounds of gift wrap and ribbon.
The Holiest of all days is reduced to a celebration of the mortal.
The wants of the flesh overcome the needs of the collective Spirit.
Amongst the cheers and laughter, a silent candle burns in the remote consciousness.
God’s love patiently holds each hand.
God’s love gracefully anoints each embrace.
His birth on this day did not save the world.
The days end allows reflection in the pool of frustration and loneliness.
Sadness for those whose joy is short lived in the material.
Limited understandings flow through the voids of Christ’s mass.
Those connected to the Divine celebrate the departure of the flesh for another year.
The task of rebuilding the Temple begins again.
A star makes its annual departure from the dark cold skies of December.
Barren trees shiver in the moonlight as they dance in the northerly winds.
The day after will also leave our minds when the sun sets again.
Out Temples will bear the pains of our separation from Truth.
May the New Year provide a place of rest to those who seek the true Christ.
Peace be with you.
